    This company sent the wrong dvd. Was told to send it back to a freepost address. I heard nothing for 2 weeks so I phoned them and they said that there was a back log of returned orders and it will take possibly another 3 weeks for my order to be dealt with. Very unhelpful customer service who just fed my a line to get me off the phone. Won't use them again. Read Full Review »

    Absolutely useless. When searching the store it indicates that the item is in stock and it NEVER is....have had to cancel all orders with this poor excuse for a company. Customer service is poor and not once did i receive an apology. You can see from the other ratings that im not alone.     I have used these guys before and had trouble actually getting the order fulfilled or emails answered.

    Anyway, foolishly, I though I'd give them another go but nothing has changed; 6 weeks or so later the item is still 'out of stock' and no one has the courtesy to answer the email enquiries.
