I ordered a tumble dryer - best price on the web. It was delivered late and when unpackaged found to be damaged. I requested a replacement, which they were happy to do, but only if I took two further days off work (in addition to the original day for the first delivery). This store seemed to offer the best deal on an expensive digital photo frame so I decided to go with them.
Problems: truly appauling customer service.

10 out of 10 for service. Delivery of T.V.was made day following order. Unfortunately, when it proved faulty, we elected to deal with manufacturer: HUMAX. Unsatisfactory response from them, including many missed "swap-out" dates, never keeping promises to return phone calls, delivery of T.V. with wrong size screen: all this over the course of 8 months! Goods shown as in stock, order placed and money debited, then when I contacted them to ask where the goods were I was advised that the goods would not be in stock for 2 weeks. Cancelled order and given refund. Total waste of time and they had my money for over a week! Read Full Review »

Having taken my time choosing, I opted

Having taken my time choosing, I opted for 24/7 because they were able to offer Saturday AM delivery at a reasonable price.
Having read the online reviews for many retailers I was a bit scared that there'd be a problem (non delivery, delays, etc) but the TV I ordered arrived on time 10am, no problem.
