    We ordered a camera from bestcameras at 10pm on Wed evening. As we were having it delivered to a business address we were required to send a fax to confirm that address was legit. When we hadn't sent it by 10am Thurs morning they rang us to follow it up.     All in all great service. I phoned my order through as I wanted to make sure it was in stock. They had 2 and I was told one would be with me on Thursday as I had missed the Tuesday deadline.
    It arrived as promised and I am now having great fun changing over from film SLR to digital.

    Item was out of stock when I ordered. That was not indicated at the time of ordering, but in an e-mail received a couple of days later. However, in another couple of days another e-mail arrived informing me that the item had been shipped, and it duly arrived the next day. That's pretty good, though not exceptional, service, IMHO.
