Best Cameras

I bought a Sony HDR-SR1 camcorder from Best Camera just before Christmas and the service was very good. The price was within a few pounds of the cheapest I could find but I always prefer to buy from a company with an established business behind it. I called them beforehand to check their stock levels and although the answers to my questions were a bit blunt (they were obviously busy) the camcorder and spare battery arrived very quickly, the free case didn't fit the camcorder but upon return they dispatched another larger one immediately with no quibble.
