I made an order and then heard nothing for several days. I called and was advised that the item was not in stock and was no longer available. It would have been nice to have been told that, or to have been disallowed to purchase the unavailable item. Read Full Review »

There was quite a long delivery time for the item ordered (12 days) but this was made clear at the time of ordering. Item arrived within given deadline in perfect condition. I contacted the company by e-mail to ask where the item was after 11 days and it actually arrived that afternoon. After paying for this item I was informed straight away that the bag was not in stock. I was offered a similar bag but differant colour or a full refund straight away with no hassle.My purchase arrived the next day.
