I ordered a camera which still had not

I ordered a camera which still had not turned up after a fortnight so I tried to cancel my order and was told that I couldn't. It still hasn't turned up three weeks later and I have had to buy one from another source. However, Crazy Cameras terms are that they do not allow returns except for faulty goods, so I am not going to be able to get my money back (if the camera ever turns up). They are based in the USA and there is no way of getting hold of them apart from through their website. Avoid!
