Crazy Cameras

I ordered a camera which still had not turned up after a fortnight so I tried to cancel my order and was told that I couldn't. It still hasn't turned up three weeks later and I have had to buy one from another source. Do not use. Do not reply to emails for weeks and never to calls...Still waiting for refund and seem to be non existent as far as contact details etc are concerned. Finally able to return via courier and they could not deliver due to dodgy address!! Read Full Review »

Just a word of warning for everyone who might be planning to use Crazy Cameras - this is one of the most unreliable companies I have ever had the misfortune to order from.

It is NOT based in UK despite the appearance of the site
IT is based in USA
Items are NOT in stock but are sourced after ordering with considerable delays. You are highly unlikely to receive anything within 5-7 days
Customer service is close to non existent
Phone is NEVER answered

Sent faulty camera and have not answered any of my several telephone calls, emails, messages and even the so-called on-line chat sessions they claim to have on their site. This must be a total scam. Need to have this investigated. Read Full Review »

Ordered a camera from these people 2 weeks ago still haven recieved anything they are uncontactable by phone or e-mail. I am now resigned to losing my money £125.
Dont touch these people with a barge pole.
