I placed an order for a much needed

I placed an order for a much needed raincover for my childs buggy. The site showed that the item was in stock. Several days later I received an email to say that my order had been upgraded to 'awaiting stock'. I have tried in vain to contact them by email but they never respond. No Customer Service, when you using the

No Customer Service, when you using the website "Contact Us" to cancel any order. This is just ignored and your order is still sent. The phone number just goes straight to a voice mail which is never checked. Read Full Review »

Waited two and a half weeks, no items

Waited two and a half weeks, no items received, poor response to emails, no tracking provided, empty promises on delivery dates, eventual cancellation of order, premium rate telephone number to contact them.
