I am a trader & always on the lookout

I am a trader & always on the lookout for quality, reasonably priced goods.
I submitted my order, then after a week of no contact I had to write & ask them if my goods had been sent.The reply after a couple of days was no!
So eventually they posted my order & 2+ weeks later I am still waiting.
I have written times to find out where my order is & they don't have the professional courtesy to reply!
