Ordered what was advertised on their

Ordered what was advertised on their website, as a GENUINE phone cover for my Ericsson K610i mobile.
What eventully arrived (already opened) was a VERY POOR COPY!
I have tried numerous times to contact their customer services department via e-mail, but never received a reply.
I had to buy a replacement elsewhere, & am now out of pocket.
-I advise people to STAY AWAY from ths store.
