Just pathetic all around,the worst

Just pathetic all around,the worst experience ever with any online retailer. Sent a faulty item and also an item that was heavily used yet being sold as brand new. It's almost impossible to get through to anyone and the customer service is a joke. Buy from someone with a reputation. AVOID!! Read Full Review »
