ordered my HP530 last monday on a 7 day delivery - which came by Friday which was kinda good... not bad for a free service.

emails came through keeping me upto date, but no tracking numbers for the delivery, apart from that i'm well happy

Shop with caution here! Bought product which was faulty. Manufacturer repaired under warranty without success. Retailer offered replacement which was also faulty! Now refusing refund. No telephone customer service or address for company. Cheap deals are cheap for a reason - Stay Away! Read Full Review »

I was concerned by the collection of poor reviews for these guys but took the gamble and was pleased I did.

Their email-confirmations were slightly confusing but at least I knew *something* was happening. When the couriers messed up the delivery, email support from IT24/7 was prompt and helpful.

The price was excellent, dispatch was fast and the support was great. Overall, well done and thanks.
