Very competitive prices followed by excellent service. Free delivery (orders over £49.95) is nice too. Items easily ordered and paid for through the easy-to-use site.

Good communications via email letting you know the progress of the order. Quick despatch and delivery within 2-3 working days and that's just with the standard delivery option.

What a fiasco. Placed an order for

What a fiasco.
Placed an order for software on the 7th October. Emailed for an update when it will be delivered on 16th October and again on the 21st October. I have had no response to either emails.
These people don't appear to be able to grasp the concept of customer service.
