I ordered a server and two upgrade

I ordered a server and two upgrade components to go with it. They claimed to have stock of all three items so I paid for next day delivery. Eventually the two upgrade components arrived but no server. I contacted them on a number of occasions to find out where the server was and after a considerable amount of time I was informed that it had been discontinued. They clearly didn't have it in stock. I did get a refund on the server but when I returned the surplus to requirements upgrade items they claimed that they had been opened and refused to refund me but also keeping the returned items. I subsequently issued a County Court Summons to recover the amounts for the returned items, which has now been settled in full. Trading Standards are very familiar with this organisation. They only trade as IT247.com. The company behind it is Specialist Computer Centres plc. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH IT247.COM THEY DON'T APPEAR TO HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
