I bought 24" monitor - 02.09.2008.

I bought 24" monitor - 02.09.2008. I've ogt email confirmed. I took next day delivery.
What was most important - they show on site that it was avaliable and in stock.

I didn't get it in 5 days, so i started mailing them. No answer, no phone line, nothing :)

Then - 16/09/2008 - 2 weeks later and 5 emails - "Dear Customer. We have been trying find a new supplier for the item that you have ordered. Unfortunately despite extensive efforts we have not been able to fulfill this item. We will continue to try and find an alterative supplier for this item, however if you need this item within the next 7 days or you feel that you can source this item from an alternative supplier we can cancel the order off our system"

I've got it another 7 days later. So...
