I have lost track of the failed attempts

I have lost track of the failed attempts to contact Atlas Choice's 'customer support'.
We were quoted and charged 2 different prices for a car that was not delivered or available
in Montenegro.
Atlas Choice were unaware that their vendor had closed down their offices, they were unable
to contacttheir vendor and they charged us twice and cause a considerable amount of
frustration for a service we never received. We were charged £275 (original quote)
and then AGAIN £304 for a car that was not delivered.
They gave up trying to contacting us and the vendor,ruining our holiday, costing us a fortune
in travel and mobile roaming charges.
Their customer service is apalling. We had to make several phone calls from abroad because
they told us our credit card had been declined (then charged it in full) and
made several mistakes on our booking (charged another credit card MORE) added extras we did
not ask for and failed to send us the rental voucher needed to give to the mysterious vendor.
Never had such terrible customer service in my life.
