    I received terrible customer service

    I received terrible customer service from Atlas Choice and I will never be using them again. To be honest, I would prefer to pay more and go directly to Hertz. I was repeatedly given incorrect information by the Atlas Choice customer service team, which lead to me contacting Hertz directly in order to get my questions answered.     I have lost track of the failed attempts

    I have lost track of the failed attempts to contact Atlas Choice's 'customer support'.
    We were quoted and charged 2 different prices for a car that was not delivered or available
    in Montenegro.
    Atlas Choice were unaware that their vendor had closed down their offices, they were unable
    to contacttheir vendor and they charged us twice and cause a considerable amount of
