Received item after more than the stated

Received item after more than the stated 2-3 days. Item was faulty, so sent back and asked for replacement. Had to call them all the time about the status of the return, always was promised a call back - which never happened. Failed to deliver before my holiday, so I cancelled the order. Very poor service, did not expect to pay £300 and receive a faulty product, then have to fight for a replacement which never came, I just now hope they will refund my money. Nightmare.
