First time I've used Digital Fusion but I will certainly use them again and I cannot find anything to fault them on.

Item was delivered on schedule; price was unbeatable (I did some research incl from normal suppliers from whom I get a discount on their listed prices). Read Full Review »

Broke contract agreement by not emailing

Broke contract agreement by not emailing when item was out of stock, and went ahead and took the money anyway. Couldn't give a delivery date, I asked for a refund so i can order elsewhere and was treated poorly, no one at call centre authorised to give refund, passed onto accounts, not allowed to speak to accounts! still awaiting refund - seems like a one man cowboy outfit to me, avoid at all cost...
