Beware. This is not a store to trade with if you expect faulty goods to be replaced or any after sales care. They do not answer calls or reply to emails. Any problems are avoided and left unaddressed. I cannot reccommend them less! Read Full Review »

Tried to order some bathroom furniture

Tried to order some bathroom furniture online but payment page was down so ordered by phone, had to ring 4 times over 2 days to get through. Requested a receipt which was never sent and nor was any order acknowledgement. Had to ring a further 3 times to get one. We ordered two shower enclosures, a bath and a wash station from this store. Firstly I had to chase them up after a week and a half to find out when delivery would be as they didn't contact me regarding this.
When I spoke to them they wouldn't give me a time or even a time of day for delivery - I had to book the whole day off for this. The goods arrived but the bath panel was very poorly wrapped ... Read Full Review »
