I made an order with blueunplugged on boxing day. When I ordered, they had one item listed as out of stock, due in 3-7 days. I knew it would be a little delayed being the Christmas period, and the 3-7 days weren't a problem.

As of yesterday, it still says on the site, due in 3-7 days, and my order still "Not Shipped", 17 days after my order, its still telling people 3-7 days !

Purchased a Powered USB Hub, but item

Purchased a Powered USB Hub, but item didn't come with the power adapter to make it function as advertised. Was told that power supply was removed because it didnt conform to CE regulations. This was not stated in the product description. Was told I could have a refund, but only if I post the item back at my own expense. Customer service was rude and dismissive.
