    DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

    I bought one and within 13 months it had broken twice. I only used it once a week to steam the carpets and mattresses so it wasn't being abused in any way.

    The second time it broke it was just days outside warranty and Domotec refused to either fix it or replace it. Instead they said I could buy one for the reduced price of £49.99!
