Bargain Stock

The item was described as NEW but

The item was described as NEW but received in a USED condition, the Photo was not as item,described as new but had somebodies answerphone message saved on it.
Has only answered 1 email out of 3 with that being a rude reply. Item faulty! wouldn't buy from again!

Damaged packaging did not support the claim the product was new! Terrible experience lots of stress avoid at all costs. Uses the return product to us for a refund reply, ebay users feedback shows that wher item is returned he denies reciept of package. Hence when he recieves goods back he forwards them on to new buyer under the label of new goods and the cycle continues.

Hi we sell graded products which we try to advertise as clearly as possible. we also offer a 14 day no quibble return policy in case you are not happy.. did you take advantage of this??
We accept all non faulty items within 14 day of you recieving the item. We reply to all emails and may be you did not read the description for the product/ we hate to see unsatified customers and are alsways mnore then willing to offer refunds as our products are competitively priced.
