Whilst Pixmania is often the chepaest on

Whilst Pixmania is often the chepaest on searches please be aware of the following wich i found out at my expense so far £22.05

products are not from uk , i ordered a fujifilm s2950 and it came in uk box but with no uk manuals and all related paperwork was in french or german

Pixmania are not a uk company they are based in France with the main warehouse in Paris . so when you come to send back your item as it is not usable you have to pay £13 in shipping at your own cost as it needs to goto paris signed for delivery

Also when you do get a refund after 11 days !!! you are not refunded the £8 shipping you paid in the first place

overall very unhappy as when you call you get a french man who cant understand you and shows no empathy i will never use these guys again for anything and if you google pixmania customer service you will see many more costly horror stories

i feel scammed
