problem in placing order on internet...had to call to place order. Told delivery was 10 - 14 days...had a call a week later to say delivery would be another three weeks. Ordering was easy and e mail confirmation of delivery time was very prompt. Unfortunately the Sony television was not delivered. On contacting customer services I was told that although it was listed as in stock they would not have any for at least two weeks.

However the tracking function on their web page wasn't working, so I did have to ring up and find out when the item will be delivered. Terrible...ordered a washing machine that didnt turn up on the day it was supposed to (apparently damaged at the warehouse). No one let me know. Therefore had to cancel the order.
