Bought a JVC 23" TV from Empire.

Bought a JVC 23" TV from Empire. Everything went fine until delivery date. Had a day of work without pay and low and behold the TV did not arrive as instructed by Empire Direct. Took a day off work and booked private

Took a day off work and booked private gas fitter for day of delivery. Empire Direct cancelled delivery at the last minute. Customer services seemed uninterested in helping and were quite willing to loose the order. I have now cancelled my order and will not be dealing with Empire Direct again. Read Full Review »

Ordered a Hotpoint washing machine last Thursday afternoon from work, by the time I got home, Empire had phoned with a delivery date of the Tuesday. Told to ring after 7am on the day for a more specific time. Delivery took place at 13:00.Very impressed, 5 days from online order to the wife doing her first wash. It took another company 7 days just to let me know they didn`t have my order in stock.
