whilst I am pleased with the price and

whilst I am pleased with the price and quality of the fridge freezer I ordered, I was dismayed at the unhelpfulness of the delivery men who at first refused to unpack the item and then rushed me to check it over. When they left I noticed 2 dents low down on either side of the unit. I phoned Customer Services directly to inform them and was told to ring back on Monday. When I did so, I was met with rudeness and told that it was not their policy to send someone to check and I either accepted a replacement or (my words) put up with it!! As I needed a fridge I had to keep it but would not shop with this company again purely because of the appalling after care service I encountered.
