Empiredirect

I paid £29.99 for an Emipredirect edxtra card, which as part of its terms and conditions gives a price guarantee on all items you have in stock, and in addition, extends the manufactures guarantee to 3 years. I asked Empiredirect to price match a Nikon D60 18-55DX11-VR (Amazon price £422, Empiredirect price £529), I was informed that as Empiredirect was offering a longer warranty, i.e. 3 years, on the item, the item as such was not the same, (this would be true for all items on your web site as the extended warranty is part of the edxtra product), so you would not price match this item. I believe the terms and conditions on the edxtra card are obviously in conflict and Empriedirect should be ashamed of using such sharp practices to renege on a price promise. If what I have stated above is incorrect, then please talk to Emma or Jason in the Empiredirect call centre, and let me know your companies true position. I have asked for a full refund of the edxtra card as it is worthless, and I will be leaving negative feedback on all of the search engines I can find that feature your company.
