AVOID THIS COMPANY Online Stock status

AVOID THIS COMPANY
Online Stock status was an "untruth"- said 7-10 days but so far 16 days and counting with
No communication email informing of true stock status, so when I call to find out it
Took ages for someone to answer my call (informing me that it should be 7-10 days...even though it had already been 8 working days)
Still no communication to provide update 10 days later
No answer to calls (5pm Friday) - automatic phone drops the call
In summary: inaccurate, no product, no service, can't even cancel it. Simply the worst internet experience for ages.
And just got through to the cancellation dept and have been waiting for 30mins for someone to answer....
AVOID THIS COMPANY
