This may go on a bit but please read to make you aware of what can go wrong (if published - bet we don't win the MP3!) We paid £710 for TV in-store (Romford) we were told it would be delivered to the store on the Thursday we collected set it up only 2 find it was the wrong model- phoned store and after finally convincing the rude assistant that they had delivered the wrong model were told correct model will be delivered to us Sunday-stayed in all day then got a call saying wrong TV was on the delivery van and correct one won't be available for 2 weeks and we would have 2 bring the wrong TV back ourselves 2 get a refund, have u tried repacking these things, especially being a 70 yr old couple - we have found the store, when you eventually get through, unhelpful, extremely difficult to speak to anyone, let alone someone of a nice disposition. There is apparently no compensation for us collecting/returning the wrong TV and for having stayed in 4 2 days waiting - (which you cannot afford to do at our age)even this web site does not have a proper complaints section hence this message. As you can imagine we will not be recommending Empire direct to anyone and will not use them ourselves again.
