Some of the worst service I have ever

Some of the worst service I have ever received. I would advise that others go elsewhere and pay a bit extra. I ordered a cooker from them 2 weeks ago and had a failed delivery which I had to call them to find out about, re-arranged delivery for later this week and was told last night that their courier has 'lost' the cooker. No one can tell me when it will be delivered now. Absolutely useless. What good are cheap prices if you don't get the item delivered whilst Empire sit on the money they took instantly.
