Empire was the cheapest store for the

Empire was the cheapest store for the vaccum cleaner that i ordered. I ordered online one evening and by the next morning i had a phonecall stating that my item would be delivered the next day - i was chuffed at quick response and thought this looked promising, however it all went downhill from there. My item didn't arrive when it was supposed to and when i queried it i was passed from sales to faults to c/service back to sales and then given the number for a depot which no-one ever answers. They have no freephone helpline nor can you track your order on the internet so everytime i called it was costing me - i asked for a call back and received none. Once they have your money the customer care service is pi$$ poor, i'd rather pay an extra £15 to another company and save on the hassle and the phonebill. I will have nothing to do with this bunch of clowns ever again.
