Took a day off work and booked private

Took a day off work and booked private gas fitter for day of delivery. Empire Direct cancelled delivery at the last minute. Customer services seemed uninterested in helping and were quite willing to loose the order. I have now cancelled my order and will not be dealing with Empire Direct again.
