Previously ordered items no problem, but

Previously ordered items no problem, but after ordering a Samsung 32" HD CRT end of August, still no sign of delivery. Accept Empire has had problems with supply, but came into stock 2 weeks ago, contacted by phone and payment authorised by credit card. STILL no sign of delivery. Excuses about waiting for courier to pick it up from them for delivery to me. Promised phone calls from customer services regarding delivery, none received. Sick of broken promises from this company - disgraceful customer services. Should do the decent thing and arrange a different courier to deliver the TV that's been paid for over 2 weeks!! Would never shop here again, nor recommend them.
