This company is useless. Ordered 2

This company is useless. Ordered 2 Olympus MJU 810 digital cameras and 2 XD cards on the buy now pay 9 months option. It took over a week for the agreement to get sorted out then the problems started.

The ordered had been placed for 1 and a half weeks by now and rang to ask about delivery we were told tomorrow, but what we actually got the next day was the 2 XD cards. So we rang up again and asked why they didn't send the whole order out in one box they didn't have an answer for that. So the following day after we received the XD cards we got the 2 cameras, but this was wrong again because they had sent 1 MJU 810 and 1 MJU 800 so we rang again and was told that the right camera would be sent out straight away and would arrive today before 9am for a straight swap. We are still waiting now 2pm and rang again to find out that the camera has not been sent.

The cameras were needed for a holiday but that's to late now if this does not get resolved by tomorrow

This company is useless do not use them as they don't know how to run a business.
