DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a pioneer dvr-530h-s DVD recorder and I received an email 5DAYS later from them saying that there is a difficulty with the card I used. So I rang customer service like 10 times and no one was willing to tell me what the problem was and about the 12th call they explained to me the problem and I told them that I will give them a call back once I have sorted out the problem. I phone back 5minute YES 5MINUTE later only to find that they have cancelled my order and told me that they will refuse to serve me again and was rudely told that if I ever tried ordering with Empire Direct again they will simply cancel that order and completely ignore me. This is the first time that any company has said this to me. I still don't know why they did this to me and to go as far as to block me from shopping with them ever again. Every time I phoned they would either hang up or not even bother to reply. The worst experience I have had in my life and has completely put me off internet shopping.
