I ordered a camera from Digizo.co.uk.

I ordered a camera from Digizo.co.uk. The order was processed, and the money came straight from my account. For the next two days, the status of the order was 'Being Packed' and then it became 'shipped'. I got a confirmation email saying it had been shipped.

I thought that was the end of it and was looking forward to receiving my camera, when suddenly the next day I got an email saying it was out of stock, the order was cancelled and they were refunding my money.

There seems to be a problem with their stock management so they let you order items which are out of stock, and take payment for them. They apologised, but never explained how the item was 'shipped' if it was out of stock.

Anyway, it caused a lot of inconvenience, wasted a lot of my time, and I never got my camera.
