Getting it right is pretty difficult in the UK. It has been proven that if sales people are overly attentive then we feel as though our freedom of choice is being compromised. Absolutely shocking aftersales service! Good prices in the first place but if anything goes wrong with your laptop you stand no chance of getting a response via phone, email, or in person! I tried to order this laptop through PC World twice. The first time, I ordered to collect from the store. I drove in to collect it only to be told that they didn't have it in stock, despite my print out stating otherwise. This company is appalling. I have a 6-month old laptop on which the mouse has become erratic. I have sent two emails to PC World to ask what I need to buy to remedy it, and have not even had the common courtesy of a reply. Tried to order a printer over 3 days. System would not progress the order after the delivery day screen! Not available in any shop. Tried to get some help via one of the stores (eventually!) and given customer service number who couldn't help and weren't really interested. Going to PC World in the first place may have been my mistake; they are the equivalent for computing as MacDonald's is for food. I ordered a HP computer.
