I tried to order this laptop through PC World twice. The first time, I ordered to collect from the store. I drove in to collect it only to be told that they didn't have it in stock, despite my print out stating otherwise. This company is appalling. I have a 6-month old laptop on which the mouse has become erratic. I have sent two emails to PC World to ask what I need to buy to remedy it, and have not even had the common courtesy of a reply. If you were treated like dirt when going to purchase a computer, you would just go elsewhere. How companies like this survive amazes me. They do not deserve custom. This sort of... Tried to order a printer over 3 days. System would not progress the order after the delivery day screen! Not available in any shop. Tried to get some help via one of the stores (eventually!) and given customer service number who couldn't help and weren't really interested. Going to PC World in the first place may have been my mistake; they are the equivalent for computing as MacDonald's is for food. I ordered a HP computer. The purchasing system informs me I must collect a digital camera at store. Dispite trying all options covering about 8 stores (all in big cities) all these stores are out of stock.
