Got home to find that the item was £99.99 on their website and available for "Store collection"!!!! They have absolutely no knowledge other than that written on the back of the product. They have no desire to help and have absolutely no interest. It seems that first training course the personnel must attend is a course on fobbing the customer off.

I went through the order procedure to find out that the stores in my area did not have stock, even though on the Kelkoo comparison page they say it is in stock, it also tried to add a USB cable to the order even though I had not requested one.
