Went into the store last dec to purchase an Epson photo printer. Price was £149.99, good deal at the time I was happy. Got home to find that the item was £99.99 on their website and available for "Store collection"!!!! I feel I am obliged to advise people of the experience I have had regarding PCWorld, and particularly their warranty arrangements with PCPerformance,the short version is: trust them at your peril, but maybe mine is an isolated case.

I have to agree with the man that bought the Router, PC World is a sanctuary for retarded chimps (actually that's a slur on a chimps intellect). They have absolutely no knowledge other than that written on the back of the product. They have no desire to help and have absolutely no interest. I tried to order from the pc world site after comparing the price of a Brother 2030 printer. I went through the order procedure to find out that the stores in my area did not have stock, even though on the Kelkoo comparison page they say it is in stock, it also tried to add a USB cable to the order even though I had not requested one. Ordered HP Deskjet 3940 printer. On line site very easy to use. Cheapest on line price (£15 cheaper than in store price). Optional "extras" easy to delete.
