I have to agree with the man that bought the Router, PC World is a sanctuary for retarded chimps (actually that's a slur on a chimps intellect). They have absolutely no knowledge other than that written on the back of the product. They have no desire to help and have absolutely no interest. I tried to order from the pc world site after comparing the price of a Brother 2030 printer. I went through the order procedure to find out that the stores in my area did not have stock, even though on the Kelkoo comparison page they say it is in stock, it also tried to add a USB cable to the order even though I had not requested one. Getting it right is pretty difficult in the UK. It has been proven that if sales people are overly attentive then we feel as though our freedom of choice is being compromised. Absolutely shocking aftersales service! Good prices in the first place but if anything goes wrong with your laptop you stand no chance of getting a response via phone, email, or in person!
