    After buying a laptop from PC world... their cover plan is not wort the paper it is written on! Within the first six months of having the piece of rubbish, it went away for reapirs 5 times.... on the fifth retuen it had once again not been repaired.     It says next day delivery, but according to the trades discription act PC World are in breach of contract, next day means next day, especially if you pay for it!     Collect at Store is a farce. It was 24

    Collect at Store is a farce. It was 24 hours after I ordered the item that I was told that it wasn't available. That was 24 hours wasted when i could have ordered it elasewhere anD avoided a completely disrupted day.

    Though the web site suggests they will phone you if they run low on stock, They won't, or at least they'll only phone you to say that they've sold them all.

    I bought a Tom Tom One Sat.Nav. instore. The saleswoman was really knowledgeable and very helpful. She matched the online price for me and volunteered to set the unit up for me . All I had to do was plug it in and go.
