It took us 15 minutes to choose the TV, DVD and PC (which was not in stock so we were told it could be delivered)that we wanted and one hour to actually pay and arrange delivery! Purchased a toshiba p100 - 240 laptop for £1200, one of the cheapest prices i could find. phoned and asked if they had one which they did. went to the store same day and got a good demo of the laptop i wanted. easliy set up the finance, didnt even need to pay a deposit but did, finance rate quite high but still ok. walked away from store very happy and had laptop about 6 months now and not a singl... Abismal service. Wanted to order an item but told I couldn't have it delivered. Had to reserve the item and drive to nearest store with stock which was 40 miles round trip. On screen indication of product in stock. Order placed 16/9 for two working day delivery. Sent email
requesting delivery 20/9. No delivery 20/9 so went to check delivery progress on internet. Response: "unable to trace order". Telephoned 20/9.
Informed out of stock, new stock 2/3 days. Requested

I ordered a computer with monitor, screen, keyboard, mouse etc for our office.
