    They have an incredibly bad returns policy. I tried to return (as an exchange) a set of PC speakers as the subwoofer was not working. I was told that it was sold as it was by this I assume it meant that if you didn't like it that was tough. I explained that it was not working and that I just wanted one that did.     I bought a reconditioned laptop recently

    I bought a reconditioned laptop recently and after getting it home I had problems setting it up on my wireless network.

    When I returned to the store the person on the service desk was extremely helpful and was able to get the wireless working in store. He wrote down the steps to follow if it didn't automatically connect.

    Bought on-line for in store pick up. Travelled almost 20 miles to be told out of stock. Insisted they go online and do a reservation process and they discovered that their store has stock indicated when in fact it doesn't. Got a shrug of the shoulders and no apology. 48 hours later still says stock available but non in store.

    i ordered a reconditioned pc, was agreed 1 year extra warantee, when needed repair there was no extra warantee. even though they except it was mistake to say that, they wouldn't repair my pc. in other words do not believe in what they says not trust worthy at all. i wouldn't recon this store to any one very poor coustomer care.     ordered a Canon Pixma iP4300 for 59.00 online, cheapest anywhere, went to local store, wasnt on shelf, but someone else had ordered one, so quickly got me the printer and off i went. Made listening to them still trying to sell me 3 years cover for 20 quid bearable!

    It took us 15 minutes to choose the TV,

    It took us 15 minutes to choose the TV, DVD and PC (which was not in stock so we were told it could be delivered)that we wanted and one hour to actually pay and arrange delivery!
