PCWORLD is a disgrace. I spent 30 minutes with a sales person only to be told at the end of it that if I didnt take out the monthly protection plan I would not be eligible for any offer or discounts. It was in fact worded that there are people that spend much more than I do in store and they have to take out the protection to access any deals.

St. George's Retail Park Leicester take some beating on poor customer relations. The after sales ethos is very unfriendly, unhelpful and forgetful of our hard earnt money spent. The old boy on the customer service clearly is a 'jobs worth' type.

I entered shop in London High Street Ken with intent of buying a new PC.
No one from staff was willing to help. Someone who looked like the manager wanted to take my name and asked to join a queue and wait 30 or 40 mins bfr being called and have some advice from salesperson.

I ordered a laptop from PCWorld Online. Wrong item was delivered. Tried to return the product instore and was told must be done through their courier pick up service. Took over one week to deliver the labels. Waiting on pick up now. Told will take 11 working days from them receiving the goods to return money. £635 out of pocket and still no laptop. Called in to the High Street Kensington store on 4 Feb intending to buy a laptop. I was hoping to get expert advice. Instead I received total indifference
in fact disdain from one member of staff.

Tried to order product which was "in stock" and listed a delivery price.When I tried to order delivery was unavailable and the item was only available through instore reservation and pick up.
