PC World

Bought a laptop having to get many

Bought a laptop having to get many replacements throughout the 5 months of having my laptop. 2 days ago got a replacement product, great laptop.

Customer services is a 4/5 for me, some are experienced and helpful but others seem clueless sometimes when explaining specific products you are about to purchase. For instance, when I purchased my laptop I had problems with the webcam drivers (which, on my own knowledge, I had to update in Device Manager). The TechGuys weren't very helpful at all, and it was a very simple fix.

Regardless, it's a great store and service and I would certainly recommend it to others - and their replacement policies are certainly much better than other retailers out there.
