To the writer who felt she was lucky

To the writer who felt she was lucky using the excellent Carlisle store - I recently took back a HD ready Television set (I bought in Dumfries PC World) to my hometown store in Carlisle,which when opened I found a small nick on the screen - thinking I was about to enter a difficult negotiation to replace the set, I got geared up, only to be met by a quiet response from the sales man who replaced it with out any hassle - subsequently I use the store on a regular basis - Luck no way ! just good customer service.
