St. George's Retail Park Leicester

St. George's Retail Park Leicester take some beating on poor customer relations. The after sales ethos is very unfriendly, unhelpful and forgetful of our hard earnt money spent. The old boy on the customer service clearly is a 'jobs worth' type.
Having queued a total of 3 hours today between 2 stores to resolve a faulty item bought 1 month ago just out of 28 day guideline (which manufacturer subsequently confirmed I could return to store), refund (as no replacement stock) finally received from Fosse Park Leicester. Second occasion with St. George - I RECOMMEND DO NOT BUY from this branch particularly. Whilst queuing at both(no staff to serve at times) I had opportunity to observe people with laptops having enormous problems ....

I'm £30 worse off because deal was not fully refunded, additionally, petrol costs 40 miles, when 'jobs worth' did have discretion available on first visit.

Additionally, Careful with internet shopping and collect from store as games do not explain spec required and once collected and taken home refund impossible.
