I ordered a laptop from PCWorld Online.

I ordered a laptop from PCWorld Online. Wrong item was delivered. Tried to return the product instore and was told must be done through their courier pick up service. Took over one week to deliver the labels. Waiting on pick up now. Told will take 11 working days from them receiving the goods to return money. £635 out of pocket and still no laptop. Terrible customer service. Can no longer even find the product I have ordered.
