I bought a PC there (about £900) because

I bought a PC there (about £900) because I'm no expert & I needed long term aftercare. What a farce! Two months after I got my PC home the power unit failed. The repairman came to my house 3 times without fixing it because he brought second hand broken parts, or parts that would not fit my PC etc. The 4th time he failed to turn up. So I took my PC into the shop and demanded to see the manager so I could ask for my money back, but the sales assistant refused to let me see him so I was forced to make a scene just to get attention. Eventually they let me see him. He refused to give me my money back but after he had phoned head office he agreed to give me an equivalent replacement, provided I drive home first (a 30 mile round trip!) to get the disks. When I got back to the shop with the disks the shop assisstant told me that in fact they had no equivalent machine in stock. Some days later, PC World collected my PC from my house and sent it off to their workshop at the other end of the country, & eventually they returned to me mended. But the whole scenario took so long that I was without a working PC for a month!
