The purchasing system informs me I must

The purchasing system informs me I must collect a digital camera at store. Dispite trying all options covering about 8 stores (all in big cities) all these stores are out of stock. If the item is OUT OF STOCK tell your users before taking them through multiple menues and telling them to try again. Poor Purchasing system for an online retailer
