What a joke this store is. Went in to

What a joke this store is. Went in to get an external hard drive. Staff couldn't provide any professional advice on the best options, the "Sales Advisor" knew nothing about seek times or RPM and generally the visit was a complete waste of time.

Why anyone would want to shop in this so called computer store is beyond me. Too much money spent on TV advertising and far too little on customer service.

Avoid like the plague, If you want decent computer advice you would be better asking the guy who begs for money outside the local costa coffee. I suspect he has more training and IT knowledge.
